Application and Benifits:
*Production uses 1Cr13 stainless steel, S41000 (American AISI, ASTM). Containing 0.15% carbon, 13% chromium, 410 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and machinability, often used in the production of screws and other fasteners
*Advantages of SUS410 self drilling screw: surface hardness is HRC55-65, core hardness is HRC40-45,the characteristics of 410 material are that it rusts quickly and corrodes slowly. The corrosion rate is only 1/150 of ordinary carbon steel. It is different from the rust of carbon steel, the rust of 410 is floating rust, which rusts quickly and further rusts very slowly. Therefore, SUS410 will rust for a long time,but it will not affect the mechanical properties of the product within a certain period of time. In order not to arouse doubts of the user about the appearance, it is recommended to use 410 coating screw, which can service more than 10 years.
